Tiffin Drainage

Highly recommended to anyone with plumbing issues. Just had my leaky pipes repaired right before the long weekend. The only business that would come on the same day to save my family. Tobi and his team did an amazing job! Thank you for great service!!

10/10 would call again for drainage issues at my rental property. They replaced old perimeter drain tile around half of my house and my basement is now bone dry. Happy to leave a review for such timely and effective service, these guys are great. Always my preference to support a local and honestly run business, nothing but good things to say about them and their crew.

Tobias came to assess the exterior drainage of my home. He took the time to explain and offer options to improve the drainage. He and his crew did a great job with minimal disruption to my garden. They were a knowledgable and friendly group. They did a great job of cleaning up and i am very happy with the work. They even helped solve a few other issues from previous work. I would recommend them.

Toby showed up today to fix a perimeter drainage issue we had in front of our garage and finished the job to perfection. He and his co-worker went above and beyond what I asked and did a stellar job for us! The man is also a walking encyclopedia when it comes to anything drainage and plumbing!! Looking forward to working some more with him and his team!

My sanitary sump pump suddenly stopped working and didn't know why until Toby came and figured it all out. With me having no previous experience with this, Toby spent the time to explain how it all worked and what should be installed to code. He helped me put it all back together properly after unjamming the pump. At the end, he even gave me some sound advice. Overall, he made it pleasant during this time of emergency. I was thankful we had someone so experienced and seemed to care about what is right instead of treating this like just a business transaction. I like the fact that he gave us options to think about and treated us with respect. I feel like I learned a lot about drainage afterwards! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

My bathroom faucet was old and dripping. Anthony came on time. He knew his job very well. He was friendly and explained everything to me kindly. He installed a new faucet and found two issues regarding my bathroom sink and its water supplies. He advised me with each issue and put silicon around the sink since its silicon was damaged after many years and was leaking water underneath the sink. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. I will call Tiffin anytime I need plumbing in my home.

I've used Tiffin twice now in Coquitlam, once to clear a clog in drain tile and recently to fix a leaky toilet. Both times we were greeted with the utmost professionalism by Tobi. He is very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Most importantly, he is willing to go above and beyond to ensure problems are addressed thoroughly, and takes the time to check around other associated areas to make sure other potential problems are uncovered. Of course, the quality of the work is excellent and both cases problems were fixed timely and pricing was more than fair. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Toby is the king. He knows what he is doing and his professional made me speechless. I called couple companies to fix my broken sewer pipe, he is the only one considered how to make sure my wall won't fall apart and reduce my cost. His crew Eric. Brendan and Cody are all fantastic..not only they solve my problem, Toby also made sure he used the best material and methods to make sure I wont have to worry about breakage again. They work fast and CLEAN! Not a piece of rock I could found on my lawn...I am truely appreciate their work. For any plumbing or drainage problem...this is the company you should give a phone call!

Friendly, fast, efficient, on time, and honest.Had our intake pipe/shut off valve replaced (required minor excavation), along with a leaky (soon to fail) copper pipe in our basement. Tiffin honoured the original quote even though it was sent to us 5+ months ago. Work was done within a day, as we were initially informed. No hidden or extra charges; AND, as a bonus, they tidied up some messy work done in the past along with a new outdoor faucet (no charge for either).Really impressed with the information provided for long term maintenance of our home. Will definitely be using Tiffin for future plumbing/drainage work going forward - these guys are that good.
