We had a Big 60th Birthday Event recently and Hype Entertainment did not disappoint! I will be highly recommending them and just can't say enough how pleased we all were with the services they provided. Our DJ Andrew was truly top notch ! Andrew got our Guests involved in so many ways.. from Music Trivia to leading a Conga Line. Everyone said this was an Event to remember for sure! Thank you much Hype Entertainment and for Andrew, our amazing DJ.

Rob at Hype was extremely helpful and flexible as we navigated our wedding plans during the pandemic. Our DJ Andrew was very friendly and kind but also completely professional. He also played music that was just right for our event and took our personal music taste into account

Hype! Enteriainment could not have done a better or more seamless job for our wedding. Our DJ Jeff was a perfect match for us. He ran and timed our ceremony beautifully and then gave us everything we could have asked for during the reception. He played great music that made it easy for everyone to get involved and even lead some fun group/line dances. His interactions with our guest was respectful and fun, perfect for the occasion. We've already had lots of compliments about how great all of the audio. We were recommended to check you Hype! from a friend who had them DJ hers, and we've already recommended them to friends getting married next year! Could not have asked for more at a very competitive price!

Hype was excellent and I'm so glad we went with them. They communicated well prior to our wedding and I felt very comfortable that the event would go smoothly, which it did. Our guests were really impressed with the mix of music and that the DJ got out on the dancefloor to lead them through some of the dancing. I highly recommend them for any event as they were professional, friendly and fun!

We chose Hype Entertainment for our wedding reception in Canmore after seeing them at the Calgary Bridal Fair. The service was fantastic and they even created a custom song mix for a surprise father/daughter dance. DJ Derek was great at choosing instrumental music for cocktail hour and dinner and really got the party started on the dance floor. He read the crowd and played an awesome mix of music, even incorporating some east coast style music for our family who came from Newfoundland. We would HIGHLY recommend Hype! Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ for any event!

We hired Hype as our DJ for our wedding a month ago and it was great! The planning process went so smooth, they're very responsive and the online planner helps you figure out things you couldn't even think of!!Our DJ was Andrew and he did an awesome job keeping everyone on the floor all night. He also kept checking in with me and my husband throughout the night to make sure everything was great and if we were happy with his services, and we really appreciated that.

We would highly recommend Hype Entertainment to friends or family in the future! From the very start, there was prompt and excellent communication with Hype. Once booked, the planning tool was very thorough, and made it easy to make sure we didn't miss out on any important song picks! Our DJ was Andrew, and he was the best. We have received so many compliments from our wedding guests, noting how perfectly he read the dance floor, to keep the party going. He checked in with us (bride & groom) a few times in the night just to make sure we were happy with everything or if there was anything we wanted to change. We really appreciated him taking the time to check in with us. He was sure to take song requests and even made sure the people who requested them were on the dance floor when those songs were played. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly kept everyone dancing the night away!!

Hype! Entertainment was outstanding to work with! Our DJ Jeff did an incredible job at our wedding at the Calgary Zoo. He was punctual, professional, flexible and fun throughout the entire evening. Jeff communicated extremely well with the MC, my husband and myself throughout the night regarding timing, preferences, special requests, etc. His music selection was great, and he catered to a number of different age groups. The dance floor was always filled, and many of my guests had a great time dancing. Jeff was also very professional when handling guest requests for songs and group/line dances. During these songs, Jeff actually got on the dance floor to demonstrate for those guests who were not familiar with the dance. He continued to play for a while after the scheduled end time, because guests were still dancing and having a great time. The online music selection platform is very easy to use, and allowed us to really tailor our music choices for the evening. Rob and Chelsie Isley were both very professional and easy to work with during the planning process. Overall, we had an amazing experience with Hype! and I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family needing DJ services in the future!

Our experience with Hype! Entertainment was super from start to finish.
