Service is horrifically slow and poor. Took one hour and a half between arrival and receiving our food. Restaurant was not busy. Never even got water, had to ask for it. I ordered the old fashioned hot chocolate and it was served in a bowl as if it was for dipping fruits in. I asked the server what this was and she said it was the hot chocolate. Was super thick and heavy and totally not drinkable.

Ordered a specialty crepe and a tea. It was really good! Came within minutes of playing our order. Staff is very friendly. Nice environment, nothing fancy. I would definitely go back.

Although my first impression was prices were a bit expensive, it's definitely worth it. The crepes and Sarrasin crepes are delicious! The sweet crepe is one of the best I have ever tasted!

Came here last minute, they were able to get us a table right away. We got some drinks and desserts. Everything was delicious, warm and nicely plated. Nothing but positive things to say about this place! I would recommend for a girls night or cute first date :)

I went to Juliette & Chocolat for a afternoon coffee. I got a mochaccino in a bowl, the décadent à notre tartinade cacao-noisette, the regular turkey crepe and for desserts the banana crepe. The décadent à notre tartinade cacao-noisette was very sweet, so if you’re noit a sweet person I don’t recommend you to get it, everything else was good.The server was really nice and kind.

Excellent customer, service very friendly staff. We purchased a bunch of pastries to go, and a last minute cupcake for my daughter (for our drive back home), the lady serving us wrote: Bonne Journee" on the box! what a lovely gesture! thank you! Can't wait to go back!"

Pesto Crep'omelette was just ok , I loved the Smoked Campfire Hot Chocolate though but horrible service by the waitress with glasses she spoke to the girl behind me and made her sit first even though I was in the line before her and then she seated me and forgot about me , the cafe was not that busy it was almost 20 mins and I was about to leave the other waitress came and took my order she was very friendly and quick and then I think her shift ended and she left and again I was left to this horrible women who forgot I existed I called her twice she pretended to not hear me , I went to kitchen and asked to send someone to get my bill , then this lady comes and I was very close to skip the tip and then gave 15% . I will never go to this location again.

I was not happy with my lunch at this location. Other Juliette & Chocolat have been great experiences. We were neglected by the wait staff. My order La Complete which includes an egg didn’t have an egg when it arrived. When I pointed it out to the waitress she said it is there, mixed in with the cheese. I’ll post the photo, you tell me if you see an egg. Instead of correcting the obvious mistake she just lied. All the plates weren’t ready at the same time and the crepes were cold. The coffee was also cold. Then when it was time for dessert she offered to refill the coffees but never did. Not going to come back to this one. Plenty of better choices in the market!

It's decadent in the best possible way... Friendly service, amazing brownies, big and varied menu with great choices. They have a little terrace in the back. Recommended if you don't count your calories!
