The class itself was great! The instructor was very friendly and made it a lot more comfortable with her personality. The only thing I will say is the receptionist or whoever answered the phone was very rude. I was misinformed of the class I needed to take, and when I called to inquire about how I could get the proper one afterwards, the receptionist appeared to blame me for the miscommunication. I decided to go with St. John's to complete the full first aid course.

This was by far most informative and enjoyable First Aid course I have ever taken, because of Sarah the wonderful instructor. Sarah had some learning activities that really helped me remember important information. I would highly recommend this course and instructor.

I would never ever recommend this place to anyome. Look at the black print ,because I couldn't attend due to my son in the hospital they took all my money and didnt even let me reschedule.. a bunch if crooks in my mind . They are in it for the money not the training . So if you want to get ripped off ..go there , that are good at taking people's money
