We are long time customers of this store but moved away from Kelowna recently.Had a light issue on our truck and the manufacturer had our lights back ordered. Jason was contacted and he located what we needed within hours and shipped everything quickly. The price was same as factory prices, but the service was superior!Thanks again to the Tucker’s.

Well - I had wheel spacers and a 2” lift installed on my new 2022 Tacoma - felt vibration when stopping in the past month - took my truck in to Toyota yesterday and was found that when they installed my wheel spacers they removed the rear drums and did not reinstall properly resulting in warped drums and a $600 fix at ToyotaI will be visiting the location today to speak to the manager to see if they will make good on compensation. I will update my experienceUpdate : I spoke with the co owner- very helpful explaining what was involved in installation- helped me understand that it was a Toyota issue not from their installation or partsVery good customer service!

Cap-it was very professional and had a super fast turn around time. I received a same day quote for a standalone headache rack and standalone rear rack. They ordered it and it only took a week or so to get in. Dropped my truck off and showed up two hours later to everything looking shiny and sturdy. Super happy.

Every time I go there I get excellent service, advice and products. Just bought a truck cap. Where else would you buy with there installation and wiring expertise. The best in town, hands down. I just wanted to update my review. I recently ordered a new truck canopy from Kelowna Cap-it. The canopy is made by Leer and is a house brand for Cap-it. The canopy took about 7 weeks to arrive (I was told this when I bought it). The canopy was outstanding and looks really good. Color match was perfect and the whole experience was as I expected when dealing with the Kelowna store. I am glad I bought the canopy from them as I have purchased Arrow and Range Rider canopies in the past for similar prices and this canopy is far superior. This store is the place to go for all truck accessories, they do great work and are reasonably priced. Thanks Guys!

I have been using Cap-it for many years in Kelowna for wheels and tires as they always do a solid job finding me good value solutions when I need them. Compared to other tire shops which seem to try milk everything out of you since they really only sell one thing.My wife also had a very pleasant experience recently taking in her truck for a winter swap out. As a female she has in the past felt talked down to during these exchanges for other shops. She also said they did a quick free tune-up on her steering column which she was not even aware was causing an issue.In short, very helpful knowledgeable staff that are just very genuine people. From my wife, they won't talk down to me just because I am female

I was recently in a few weeks ago to get a quote on nerf bars and a skid plate which I still haven’t heard back from. I also asked for a replacement part for my Cap-It flip cover and was told they don’t sell that individual part, definitely not the right answer! Come on folks try a lot harder in customer service. This type of service just cost you a custom order to a competitor in West Kelowna who’s quite eager to fulfill my purchase of a custom lift kit, running boards and new rims and tires! Work on your order desk is recommended.

I waited almost an entire year for a Leer canopy for my truck to cover my power wheelchair, only to find out after emailing manufacturer requesting more information about where it is.It turned out the order was 'Lost' which I really doubt it was even order.This is/was so frustrating and does bother me greatly. I cant begin to explain how many events I would of used the canopy to cover my power wheelchair when traveling including two weeks ago when I had another surgery, in which again I couldnt bring my power wheelchair but couldn’t due to the weather over the Coquihalla. Even family vacations I would of gone on but couldnt. This canopy is a vital piece of equipment for my mobility and freedomLesson learned make sure you great an actual Leer PO Order, and keep hounding them once it is due. If not getting anywhere contact the actual vendor for the product to confirm it was actual ordered. Their shop may do great work, but I wouldn't know, their ordering and follow up process needs to improve. Please read the comment below mine, looks like a common issue.PS - I would show you a picture of the canopy but it still hasn't arrived yet. Fingers crossed I will actually get it before this years over and I miss more vacations/

I bought a rooftop tent here and was thrilled that they had some in stock. There was quite a bit of back and forth on the phone to secure it and get information, during which time I received really great and friendly customer service. I traveled 4 hours to pick up the tent, and was really excited because I had wanted one for such a long time. My excitement was completely deflated by the man at the store who helped me with the enthusiasm of a surly, grounded teenager. He seemed absolutely repelled by the fact that I wanted to install it in the parking lot, the horror of taking up an extra parking spot. It was a Friday, not a busy time, and it was comical how empty the parking lot was for the short amount of time I hogged an extra spot. I wanted to install it right away so I could camp in it on my long drive back. He was reluctant to let me use a hand cart even though there was one parked right where we were talking. It was just an awful purchasing experience. Maybe I am a small potatoes customer for what I was buying, but regardless, customers of any size shouldn't be treated like they are an inconvenience. I still recommend this store for the other people that helped me, but just hope you are helped by a more friendly person in store!
