Call ahead as it is slow and there is almost always a lineup. Too much volume to get to know the client so I switched and it took them a couple of weeks to transfer the files.

Honestly, super great staff. Never had trouble reaching them over phone. When I follow up on something, there is always confirmation and they keep their word. Polite, no issues at all.

Best pharmacy in town do them a favor pick up your meds the next day it's always busy give them time to prepare and don't rush them lines are inevitable

I had never been to this pharmacy before so when I went to pick up my prescription there was no line so I unknowingly stood a few feet ahead of where you’re supposed to line up(which is not very well marked if you have never been there). A lady got in line behind me and when the pharmacy tech came to the counter she immediately said “I can help you” to the lady behind me. I was confused as I was the first person there and the lady behind me in line gestured that we were there first. The pharmacy tech then says “were they really here first, are you sure?” And when the lady confirmed that we were in fact there first the tech then turns to me and says “the line starts back there”. Was there really no nicer way of saying this than implying that I came to Costco to cut in front of old ladies at he pharmacy line? I found it really offensive to assume that. I believe her name was Katherine. I would not return to this pharmacy based on her service.

Thanks for canceling a medication I really need Costco! Yes I can buy it over the counter, but I relied on you to have it for me so that I wouldn't miss a days medication. Tried to head to my local shoppers to pick it up, but it's sold out; all pharmacies are closed now. A courtesy call would have been nice to say hey we're canceling it because you can buy it over the counter. I refilled it there before, look at your computer records dummies. My doctor faxed the prescription over ya idiots.

I called in 5 days ago to get my insulin filled, when I came to pick it up yesterday they hadn't even registered it in the system so it wasn't filled. I said okay, and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I had to leave so I came back today for it and it still hasn't been filled. As a type 1 diabetic who needs insulin to live this is disgraceful. I literally ran out of insulin this morning. Terrible pharmacy and terrible service.

If 0 stars was an option I'd have given them that! What a Mickey mouse operation they have going on there. First they only give me half of my prescribed pain meds. I call, they say someone will call me back.....never did. I left a message on their machine requesting a call back.....never came. I call again this morning, not happy with all therun around. They hung up on me accidentally. " I call back
