Our daughter has been in the kids BJJ class for two months now and has nothing but positive things to say about it all. We can already see a huge improvement in her self confidence and self esteem. She looks forward to every class and always talks about it to all her friends! I attended tonight’s class as a spectator, the instructors made it fun, yet structured. I was very impressed!

The Legacy family, and I call it that cause that’s what it feels like, are so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. I’ve been training through their BJJ program and everyone shows up with the mindset to improve the next person. We are all gaining from the culture being established through the coaches. someone’s individual win, is a win for everyone. The kids program is so amazing. Coaches are so good with the kids, teaching them how to protect themselves, and the values to grow into mature society contributing adolescents. It’s so amazing to see a kid stop what they are doing to help another kid!!
