I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Access Storage. Their yards, and units, are always immaculate. You can tell the staff care about their clients. Always trying to help them find the most suitable storage required for their situation. James Findley, especially, has always gone above and beyond to help us. He has a very positive attitude and energy. A passion for helping. And not just us, I have heard the same from many of our friends that have gone to James for their storage needs. I will always recommend, to people I know, to go to him first. Thanks James!

James was the person I dealt with on the Prospect property and him and the other lady that were there were absolutely amazing! My name is Jessie ( late husbands name is Todd) and the staff made renting a unit easy and very friendly! During these times right now we could all use a bit of friendliness to make it through! Quick and east to come and go woth the pin entry gate and great customer service i have also seen staff help an older lady who couldn't do it by herself.
