I’m so impressed with the customer service and accommodating nature of owner Cal! He knew I needed my brakes changed in a timely manner for a road trip, and he worked to slide me in between appointments the next day!! He truly tries to make things work for their customers schedules & needs! Wow!My husband has been working with his son Sheldon for a while now, and praises his professional advice for new winter tires/rims, timely email quotes for my brakes (fair and great pricing too) and overall customer service!Love they have tire storage too- makes life easier!I cannot recommend this family run, local Edmonton business enough!!!10 ⭐️Thank you!

Got me a great price on a new set of wheels and were very helpful. Instant quote time as well. Another shop I tried purchasing through took a week and a half to get back to me on their quote for the same wheels. They missed out cause these guys were on the ball!

Chad helped me out to source some great new wheels for my car, kept me updated as they shipped and got me in right away for installation. Fastech really stood out amongst competitors in terms of helpfulness, pricing, and product selection.

Fastech Performance Tire Centre
I needed to mount some tires on my new wheels and was looking for a tire shop that I can trust to insure my wheels don't get scratched. Some friends recommended Fastech and a few other places. I contacted a few and Fastech was the only one that had a quick response about prices and how they could accommodate my schedule. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with Sheldon, went in and got it done quickly with no issues. They respected my car and tried to keep it as clean as they can. I did not find any scratches on any of my wheels and hopefully I don't get surprised with one. I can definitely recommend this tire shop if you want quality service.

Amazing spot, was having a hard time finding hub centric rings and wheel bolts for my new wheels, stopped into here before going home and had my parts within 10 minutes down the road at the warehouse, 10/5 review, will be back for sure

I had ordered tires from an online retailer who had Fastech Tire as one of its local installers. I was happy to see this as I had dealt with Fastech in the past. As expected, I dropped off my old tires on wheels for my wife’s BMW late yesterday and got the call early this morning that the new tires were installed and ready to pick up.Extremely pleased with the speed and quality of work, and the excellent and friendly customer service provided by Cal and his team. I will definitely come back to Fastech next time I need tires.Great to see such an excellent local, family owned business. Kudos!

Love this place. Sheldon & Cal are great to deal with and their staff seem to actually care about customer vehicles. Sheldon was able to source a new set of wheels and tires for me for a great price and in a quick time.Service was perfect. Not a spec of dirt/grime on the inside of my car after the appointment and a lot of care taken to make sure the wheels fit just the way I wanted.I highly recommend Fastech Tire.

Cal and Sheldon are AWESOME to do business with. They're honest, fair, and accommodating.I'm beyond satisfied with my new Michelins and never thought paying for such an experience would have me leaving with a smile on my face, but here I am. Grinning like a 5-year-old with a bowl of ice cream the size of their head.Everyone working here is very knowledgeable and friendly. After all the service was completed, I got to see the machine that was used to align my wheels. Being brought into the back room where the service is performed made me feel very special and gave me an entirely new appreciation for their services. Fastech Performance Tire deserves 6 stars if I could give it to them.Beyond satisfied, massive thanks to Cal, Sheldon, and all the technicians working there! :)Great prices, great people, and great company.

Sheldon was an absolute treat to deal with, and I am beyond floored by the experience here.Most of the large corps act and treat you as if they truly, genuinely do not care about a return customer. Having worked for one of these large corps for years in the past and seeing their steady decline in customer service has been stunning.What Fastech does not miss the mark on is genuine, caring customer service. The gentleman up front are incredibly busy, yet will go above and beyond for you without question.In house storage for winter/summer sets is a HUGE bonus!As a heavily disabled person, unable to do these tasks myself anymore - the understanding and caring from Sheldon was outstanding.A+ job guys, truly.You've earned myself and my large family as customers for life. See you in spring for a new summer set. :)

Went for a quick balance here this morning , and it was awsome best price , great service nice selection of tires for the future set.....all round a good experience...I will be back for the purchase of some new rims and tires come winter . Much appreciated
