Terrible customer service!To be surrounded by 5 employees (including the Manager/owner) arguing with you about wanting a refund on shoes that were bought 2 hours previously was absolutely disgusting!We were misled by the sale price (charged full price instead) so after discussing the purchase, we went back to ask for our money back, but were bombarded and told we were Liars in a store full of people.DISGRACEFUL!!!

Worst company EVER. Unstable and inconsistent pay, the cheques wouldn’t even cash at the bank because they were so sketchy. I worked there for less than a month and it was the worst job I’ve ever had. Constantly scamming customers, raising prices by $30 on holidays. One time we had a customer who was having trouble finding the right size, the owner offered to stretch the shoe. As I go to the back to check on the shoes, the shoes aren’t even being stretched, the owner is making jokes about the customer. Unbelievable and unethical. Everything is from China and everything is man made leather regardless of whatever they say. I quit almost a month ago and STILL haven’t received my pay. I would give a zero star rating if I could. Disgusting company that thinks hiring young girls and paying people under the table is acceptable. The owner threatened to take legal action against me because I didn’t wanna pay money back? The manager had to buy most of the decorations for our Black Friday event and there was no reimbursement or even a THANK YOU. Don’t ever buy anything from this place.

Walked in, seemed like a nice store and it was. The workers were so nice with me until we needed a different shoe from the back, they had to get the manager for it and I was so surprised in the different personalities. The manager was so judgemental and called me so many rude things. Told me that it’s my fault the size 5 shoe didn’t fit my size 8 feet, and then said that I looked like many mean stereotypes because I was a girl. He also smelled really bad like cigarettes and made me feel terrible for wanting to shop! When I talked to the nice worker after they said that they don’t even get paid sometimes! So sad. Do yourself a favour and DONT GO THERE!

Been here so many times, they always come in clutch whenever I have a wedding or event coming up. The shoes and purses are on point and last me a long time. Customer service is above and beyond. Always recommending them to all my friends and family.

I love this place. Best customer service at the mall. There's always someone there to help you find what your looking for. Quality is great! Best prom and wedding shoes there!

I'm really a fan of Stilla Shoes and Bags. When I came in to this store they immediately come to me and assist me. Daniel ( I believe he is the boss) is the one who assisted me even though he is taking care a lot of customer, he still treat every customer equally. I love his customer service. Thank you.

I love the sales and yes I was told the shoes were not refundable but the receipt does say you can exchange if need be. I am satisfied with my purchases and even got an extra discount for buying my 3rd pair! so happy!
