Josiane is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. In the craziness of the current market where the houses are going for over-asking prices, she always guided us with the present worth of the property when placing an offer. She was highly communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always told us when a new one came on the market. Josiane is sincere, polite and very patient, as we visited houses with our young kids. Highly recommend!

Miss Josiane was very Courteous and professional. She guided me through the steps needed to help me feel confident in my decision to sell and that there are buyers interested. Any questions I had I texted her or called her and she answered me promptly or returned my calls when available. She sold my house in 3 days and kept me saine through all the paperwork that followed as I found that to be a difficult part.Josiane speaks English and French which made it a whole lot easier on so many levels. Josiane is someone that is very good at what she does. I thank her for that.
