Hassen & the partner he was working with were fantastic when I dropped my phone off for repair and when I had to go back to pick up my forgotten SD card but Alyssa was not so great when I went to pick up my phone so I would not go again when she is working.

I came away after 1-1/2 hours feeling lost, I still had lots of problems that were not solved!

The koodo staff is friendly and helpful. Have purchased several phones from here and they are always very helpful . Thanks Josh and Nick for a very pleasurable experience. The keosk is in a easy access place in the Seaway Mall .

Great service. Recently bought a Samsung A70 and it went kaput. Screen out. No response. Took it to Koodo for warranty and it was sent in, and new screen and battery. Returned within 5 business days. Awesome. Thanks Koodo.

I went back for a 2nd phone for my mother who has an acquired Brain injury. She is in a long term care home in Niagara & is working through her recovery. I was lucky to catch Brandon again, he is really great at his job, patient & kind. After listening to why I was buying the phone, he took the time to make her home screen as easy as possible, removed unnecessary apps & added the navigation bar. He even printed a sticker with her name & cell # to place on the back of the phone. My mother received the phone last Friday & is so happy to be able to call daily. It's really lifted her spirits. Texting is a work in progress, she's listened to music I loaded & I can send her pictures of my dog & life moments daily. Brandon, I can't thank you enough, all the best :)

I have been with Koodo since 2013 I have no problem with the phone or service however every single time I visit the Koodo store in the seaway mall Welland my experience has been disgusting they have no customer service!!!I stood at the counter for 15 mins nobody even ask if I needed any help and no they weren't busy!!Disgusting and rude and poor customer service
