Final opinion. Negative experience all around. Save 200$ to have a massive headache and no computer for 6-8 weeks.Third edit:Prefaced with I realize I didn’t remember to ask.But when I followed up with them to ask for a status update a week after my order. I was informed 6-8 weeks. I had no idea it was going to be more than a few business days. I imagine a basic courtesy would be to make sure my customer would know they spend a few thousand dollars but would get nothing for 2 months.SECOND EDIT: Took more digging but they finally found the issue. And ended in a “to old, no parts” situation which is understandable for a 9 year old device.They were kind enough to offer the price I paid until that point towards a new computer.Ended happy enough.EDIT: laptop is worse off at the moment, making unusual whirring noises from near the charger, causing the fan to kick on and the noise is quite awful. MBP crashed twice since returning from the shop. Will Edit this review again once i've returned to them."Great service, answered many questions over and above what I went there to get fixed. Diagnostics and repair in a 3 days shorter than the Apple Store told me they’d be. Services by Lee were fantastic. Hope not to need to but will go back for any other issues I end up with."

Lee was Awesome. Migrated my 2009 Mac to a new Mac Mini. The service was fantastic and.very helpful. I will absolutely use their service again! 100% satisfied!

Provided conflicting and inaccurateInformation about services available and provided from the time we bought a Mac book air on April 15 2023. In the end we received no support at all for setting up the new computer and external storage device. We were sent to the general manager, who then after several text messages sent us to the website to book an appointment. An appointment, it turns out, is not for service. No timelines available when you drop off equipment as to return time. When you ask you are told “it is in the queue”. Will never recommend this business.

Our total appreciation for your quick and thoughtful knowledge. Many times we have attempted this repair. Paid the dollars. And no results by the time we got back to our residence. We can’t think Westworld enough for what they have done for us today. Again, many thanks and we will be back.

I had my mac desk top crash unexpectedly. It was too old to repair and no computers were available. I had exceptional service from Dillon in sales and Lee in service. They got me a new computer which met my business capacity requirements. I was up and running in a matter of days. So impressed with them!

Great service. Lee took me through the convoluted process of recovering from a messed up Time Machine restore. He explained things clearly, and gave me some value-added tips on salvaging my old equipment. Great stuff.

Lea arrived at our house on Tuesday May 30th., 2023. We had various issues that had grown over the years. Lea was able to solve all of them, to thumbs up for his knowledge and experience of our Apple Computer!
