I got my very first piercing here on my nostril and it was a very positive experience for me! I was quite hesitant of getting it done but staff here are very welcoming and informative, which made me much feel better. The process was quick and they provide a saline spray to apply to the piercing for the next few months. Would definitely return for another piercing!

What an incredible experience from start to finish ! I was welcomed warmly , the check-in process was quick & easy , and I was allowed to chat the ears off everyone I came into contact with . I got the fourth spot in my lobes pierced and the piercer , Dylan , was very accommodating , friendly , honest , and precise . I am incredibly pleased and am going to try to think of reasons to stop by any chance I can !

Amazing experience at this location! I'm terrified of needles and told them as much, they were very reassuring. The guy who did my piercing was really fast, but also professional and careful. Didn't even have much time to get super scared, overall it was a great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend for sure.

I went in for a nose piercing today and was lucky enough to have Jenny helping me out. I was pretty nervous, but Jenny talked me through the process the whole time. She was informative, and very kind which immediately put me at ease. I would recommend this place and its staff to anyone looking to get a piercing.

Got my first tattoo here! The staff is super friendly. Especially Kenzie was amazing and extremely helpful! She was very kind, respectful, sweet and got me setup for my first tattoo. She helped answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable.Went back the same week and got another tattoo done. Both Ling and Austin are great artist and did a fabulous job! Highly recommend this place!

I got my first tattoo in 25 years. It was with Ron Smith. Ron is such a cool guy. We did a consult which set the tone for an excellent tattoo session. I got a Scorpion on my up right arm and it looks Amazing. I have had so many compliments. I went back for a second one, a tiger on my left calf. Again a beautiful job and tons of compliments. Looking forward to my next.Thanks Adrenaline for have such a talented artist like Ron.

Fair pricing for piercing among other things. Excellent customer service. I went to Claire's down the street and was going to be charged 90 bucks for a ear lobe piercing. At adrenaline, I got my ear piercing with exactly the same gem size for 65 bucks with aftercare products. I had way better experience there.

Definitely lives up to the hype when it comes to piercing! I came in as a walk-in on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, I have a 10+ y/o ear piercing that closes up now and then & was unable to work an earring through myself this time around.I was quickly welcomed by staff at the front & they helped me join the queue & pick out an earring from the display. After a little wait, Dylan came & led me to the back. He made me feel quite comfortable & checked with me often that I wasn't in any or too much pain as he attempted to work the earring through. He also had a coworker check my ear for a second opinion: they were equally as gentle and transparent as he assessed the situation.They concluded that my ear would have to be re-pierced for an additional cost to the earring which I agreed and verbally consented to. Even as I was handed the consent forms, I appreciated that Dylan made sure I wasn't feeling pressured to proceed. It was a chill & painless experience overall. Dylan was very informative & patient in explaining after-care. Excited to return for more piercings in the future!

Yesterday my cousins and I (5 of us) all booked at appointment at the same time to get our piercings. Going into it we had tons of anxiety, but the piercer, Jenny all made us feel comfortable. She explained everything, explained after care, and just overall eased our anxiety surrounding the piercings. Words cannot describe how amazing she is!!!!!!! In addition, adrenaline is amazing, super clean and super professional. I highly recommend this place for any piercings or tattoos!!!!

Spontaneous visit.We entered and there was a lot of people there to help. The has 3 styles of studs to choose from which was good enough for my nieces first piercing. We walked in and they said it will be around 15-20 minute wait but waited over 1 hour. While we were waiting so many people came lined up after us. It’s like a piercing factory. Once we got in the process was painless and fast! It was so painless I wanted my ears pierced. We had a Good experience. Will def visit again.
