We had an incredible experience at Kia Red Deer..Me and my husband were looking to get a Kia Sorento for the past year and simply weren't able to find the right dealership and professional team to guide us in an honest and professional manner, in our town or around it..We came across Kia Red Deer at the end of February and met Max, Brok, and Nicolas..They were really helpful and patient with all our concerns and doubts..We even tried to walk away from the dealership due to unforseen personal circumstances, but Brok and Nicolas were absolutely understanding and patient, and they went the extra mile for us and to help us to get an excellent deal that really worked and fit our family needs!Now, thanks to all their hard work, we are the proud owners of a beautiful Kia Sorento!We are really happy with our car and forever thankful with Brok and Nicolas!!

I Got a KIA Carnival from KIA Reddeer . Brandon from sales Consultant was professional and friendly and made sure all questions and requests were taken care of and never said no to any of my requests and made sure the purchase was professional and to the satisfaction of the customer . Brandon or any other employee from the branch, never tried to haggle or waste the customer time and made sure the entire ordeal was fruitful . They made sure entire 150 km I travelled to get a KIA car worth every mile or kilometer ( I have a KIA less than 4 km near my house ). They also understood that I had be at work that evening , the Business Manager Justin Lussier made sure he expedited the process and helped with coordinating with my insurance . i went in the morning to red deer and came back home (Edmonton) with the car in the afternoon. Thanks for your excellent customer service and I hope my experience with the Van is also similar, for the next few years to come .
