The men who did the work were punctual, hard-working, and enthusiastic. I can't speak as highly of their boss.I contacted pro movers to unload a shipping container that was parked in the driveway of my new residence. I confirmed with Troy that the price was 220/hr for three movers and I told Troy that I estimated it would take two hours. This information was conveyed over the phone. As it's always best to have something in writing, I sent Troy a text with the above info and he confirmed it was correct.The move took an hour but the invoice was for two. When I disputed the charge, Troy informed me that there was 2-hour minimum. Yet, at no point did Troy ever tell me this, nor is this piece of information on the website.When I offered a compromise of 1.5 hours, Troy told me how busy he was, meaning that was the reason he forgot to tell me about the minimum. Interestingly, I asked one of the movers if they were generally busy and he without hesitation told me things were slow.I can swallow a 2-hour minimum. The point is that the onus is on the service provider to be transparent about costs and charges. Nobody likes surprises. And then to whine about the reason. Anyone looking to build long-term customer relationships would have admitted they made a mistake and preserved their dignity.

Troy was extremely helpful booking a move on short notice. Ivan and the team were great - efficient, professional, helpful and very pleasant. Kingston Pro Movers made the move very easy. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Had Pro Movers move my daughter from one location to another within Kingston. We were well prepared as directed by the owner - all small items pre-packed and large items that needed disassembled. Movers arrived on schedule and move out and in was done in just under 2 hours. Movers were professional, courteous and focused and very carful with all items. Price was as quoted. I would highly recommend.

I booked this company to move my parents apartment and then about a month later to move my family from our apartment to our new home. The first move was quite slow with the movers complaining to get a bigger tip. The second move was a complete nightmare - I booked the movers for two trips and the movers refused to do two trips. They left a bunch of stuff so any money I saved on them - I spent on renting a truck and my wife and I wasted a day moving our stuff by ourselves. They also put stuff wherever they felt like it in the new house - disregarding labels and my wife's specific instructions. Then we later discovered they broke one of the front wheels on our upright freezer and didn't bother to tell us. The only good thing about this company is that they showed up. Will never book them again. The two regular guys were very rude to our family - the temp guy with them did the lion's share of the work. Never, never again - do not use these guys.

Great team. Worked diligently to make sure was done according to the estimate. Very professional and accommodated our tight time line.

We used Kingston Pro movers for our move across town last week, and they were excellent! The guys worked hard, got everything moved within 3 hours, and charged less than quoted price. They took care, nothing broken, were on time, and did fantastic job.
