Richard's Carpet + Flooring
While they were pretty fast at installing carpet in two rooms which was nice, they did not vacuum up the loose fibers after finishing installing and when the closet doors would not fit back on, they just said to “cut them” then left. There was no follow up for a 4k$ project. The carpet is really nice, but pretty much zero customer service. Would not recommend.

Richard and his team are awesome. They clearly explain the process, are easy to get along with and their prices are always fair. I have been working with them for many years, and many of my clients have worked with them too. They are top notch and I wouldn't go anywhere else for carpet and flooring.

I am so impressed and happy with Richards Carpet and Flooring! They redid two bedroom floors a hallway, livingroom floor and painted the ceiling and all the walls in the house my brother and I bought. It is gorgeous! Excellent work!On top of all of it my brother had been in a accident and was being released from the hospital and it all needed to be ready for him. James had come out on a Wednesday and that next Monday they were already working on it! The other contractors I contacted were 4-6 weeks out.I am so so grateful they worked so hard to get it ready for my brother.When we redo our kitchen I will definitely be going with Richards Carpet and Flooring!You don't have to think twice about hiring this company!Thank you James and everyone for all your quick and excellent work!Laurie & Don

Richard's Carpet + Flooring
They did a great job installing carpet throughout a rental unit we were selling. There was an unforeseen challenge when the previous flooring was removed, and they put in overtime to make sure we could get it on the market. Richard followed up a year later to see if the job was holding up. Great customer service, highly recommend. We will definitely consider them for future jobs!

We had a very good experience with Richards Carpet / Flooring for our full house carpet replacement. The consultation on choosing the right carpet, color and pad was great, offering expert opinions on the right color for our rooms as well as the padding importance for our high traffic areas. The install team worked quickly and efficiently. They also did a very good job with clean up as they went and on final project completion. We would definitely recommend Richard's to others for their flooring projects.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Richard’s carpet. The entire team helped get the job done. They replaced our whole flooring, including the bedrooms and stairs. They worked around our schedules & kids' schedules as we were working from home and homeschooling then. Also, I highly recommend the New Solution Dyed Carpet (bleach safe) with the upgraded pad. I shared my concerns about kids and animals, and they provided the most appropriate recommendations and products. It’s been an absolute game changer!
