Fast, efficient, honest, reassuring, and helpful. If I could give six stars, I would. Turn around time was unreal and the honesty behind the service was above and beyond. Even though I hope to never have to speak to them again (because I don't ever want another flood), I would recommend Canada's Restoration Services in a heartbeat.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. During the estimate, there were charges for various things, but the overall invoice was one line item, and much larger than expected since less equipment and time was used than estimated. When I asked for a breakdown of the overall costs I was not provided with any information. This is a sure sign of being over-charged and that the company is not transparent or accountable for its billing. Secondly, they were supposed to provide an estimate for carpet re-installation, which was never received. Even after several inquiries, a cost-estimate was not given. This was overly unprofessional. I thought this company would work through the entire water damage situation until the end, but I was wrong. They just ripped out my carpets, over charged me, and left.

Great company to deal with - I had a water damage in my condo and Alex and his team were quick to respond and did a great job! Professional and courteous service all the way.

I reached out to Canada's restoration services after finding out that the home I am renovating was full of asbestos. I had already gotten a quote from another company that seemed high so I wanted to compare. I spoke with Jorge who was amazingly professional and personable, dilligent in responding, and very fair with his pricing. The whole experience I had in dealing with this company, the on-site workers, and Jorge was easily one of the best I have had with any trade in the industry. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need and they will be my go to for these services in the future. 10/10!

Fantastic experience across the board, from first site check to conclusion. Our project manager Aris treated us with exceptional care - taking time to listen, answer all our questions, and create a detailed estimate and scope of work for our review and approval . The technicians assigned to us, Oscar and Jose, were also terrific - courteous and diligent, communicating their process every step of the way. Highly recommend CRS, very professional.

This company is an insurance scam. Came too late and offered to put humidifiers for 2.8k for three days without finding an issue (while there was still a leakage and water was coming in).

Least helpful customer service possible. From my first impression on the phone, the guy (Roberto) was rushing and short with me. He gave me a quote of $3k to do mold removal in a bathroom. I was still talking when he cut me off and said ok bye.

I got mold issues with the duct lines of the ventilation system of my condo apartment. Aris who handled my inquiry offered me useful advice. I'm impressed of the professionalism, honesty and sincerity he displayed.

I submitted a request for mold inspection on their website and they called me back within minutes! Alex was very helpful and patient to answer all of my questions. he was also able to accommodate very limited availability I had for an inspection, which also went great (and was free). Definitely recommend!

Have to remove asbestos gaskets around all registers. Response for quote was fast and efficient. Technicians arrived on time, polite, super professional & efficient. Did 15 registers in less than 4 hours. We highly recommend them.
