I just love bringing my dogs here. They are so friendly and so good with the dogs. Everytime I bring my Australian Sheppard here he comes out looking so handsome! She does such a good job grooming him it's like he's a brand new dog everytime! My dogs just love the groomer also. And that is very important!

I am a professional pet groomer of 8 years and I went for an interview here. The owner pays hers groomers basically minimum wage (grooming is a skilled trade and takes lots of hard work patience and creativity ) she uses hot water (scalding hot ) and claims that dogs have a different body temperature so they can 'handle it ' it made me really upset the water was burning my hands I can t imaginehow the poor dogs feel ! She stresses out the dogs by taking in way too many at a time and rushing through them. Her poor groomer was really pregnant and she made her groom really large dogs that wouldn't stand (this is really dangerous to go into early labor ) . I would never bring my dogs here !!!!

Would never let them touch my cat again, my mom brought my cat in for grooming and Cathy is nothing but rude and my cat is now extremely fearful would not recommend!!!

My little yorkie got an amazing cut here. The lady is very friendly and really seems to love animals. It’s also reasonable priced so we will be back!

This is the second time I've been since Kathy sold it. Both times my dog looked terrible, first time they just shaved her all un even. This time she looked worse.... very unprofessional and defensive when providing client feedback. 15 years with Kathy everything was perfect. This is not the same as when Kathy was there. I won't be returning.

Got my dog groomed there and NEVER again. At first she gave me a price, then when I brought the dog she said well it's going to be more. She also implied that my dog wasn't pure bread which she is. I can proove it. When other groomers did my dog it takes them about 2 and a half hours. And the dog smelled good. She took 1 hour. There was missed spots etc...So when she called me for pick up her price had changed again. It cost me 40.00 more then from the first price. She was very rude to me and not professionnal at all. I will most definitely not recommend anyone to go there.

Kathy does an amazing job. She is very caring and shows she loves all animals. Cookie just loves coming here.

Very reasonable price, and cathy is absolutely incredible. Very good service, and very caring and helpful for my little one, my dog usually doesn’t like going to anyone for her nails but they definitely made her feel comfortable. Thank you so much
