Honestly the best service in Ottawa! They are fast and friendly and good prices! When you walk in your either greeted by one of the two brothers who always have a smile on their face and can have a conversation with you about anything, they make you part of the family! My clothes are always done great with quality jobs, and they are very quick! Highly recommend this place Rose Cleaners

They have made my jacket look good as new with their dry-cleaning service the first time I was there. But when I went back, I was shocked to see this is how they repaired a tiny (3 mm) hole in dress pants: The seamstress put a one inch patch inside, which was fine, but she spiral-sowed the one inch patch from the outside starting with the perimeter and then 6 other rows from top to bottom of the patch to make sure the patch stayed in place ....and it was HIGHLY noticeable. As they were formal pants we needed the next day, I asked them if they could take the stitches out but they insisted it was done this way and no one would see it because it was below the knee. I said it was unacceptable to me. Nothing was being done so I started to remove the stitches myself using the stitch-riper tool they had put in front of me because I didn't have one at home, so they called the seamstress and had her come back to do it. It was nice of them to fix it after I insisted, but I won't go back because they made me feel as though I was being unreasonable and they kept talking in front of me in a language I couldn't understand in a frustrated tone, which sounded like they were arguing and possibly talking about me in front of me.

My wife brought in a pair of my wool pants for me. When she went to pick them up, they gave her a different pair of pants belonging to a customer with her same first name (they went by her name, not her ticket number). She brought this to their attention. Turns out they had given my pants to another customer who did not notice the mix up. As they do not record last names or phone numbers on the pickup tickets any more (since the change in ownership), they could not call the other customer and asked us to check in in a week in case my pants were returned. I am disappointed that they did not take our phone number to let us know when my pants are found. The few times I tried dropping in, they were closed. (Since the new owner took over, their store hours are reduced.) I will post an update after checking with them to see if they found my pants.Make sure they put your last name and phone number on the ticket for pick up if you use their services!UPDATE: My pants were retrieved after 2 weeks and returned to me. An apology was offered but I was still charged full price for the dry cleaning service.

Amazing family owned business, have been using them for 20+ years for all my alterations,repairs and dry cleaning. Great prices and friendly service.They changed ownership about 2 ago, so far so good- but miss the old owners, they made Rose Cleaners what it is.

Rose Cleaners have been my go-to for years. They have always offered excellent service, brilliant repairs and good prices. Recently the business changed ownership. About 2 weeks ago, we brought in a very expensive pair of silk curtains for cleaning. The curtains came back looking like they'd been slept in, the draping was ruined and there are now small rips in the lining. I'm not totally panning the business. The new owners deserve a chance to learn their trade, but I was very disappointed and hope not too many other customers are victims of their learning curve.

Rose cleaners in great! I've had alot of items altered here including dresses, jeans and pants. Always happy with the result and the price! Fast and fiendly service.

Had pants hemmed and a new zipper for my coat. A great family owned business; very talented and friendly!

I used to get everything tailored here, the original owners were great and the service was superb. With the switch of ownership even the simplest tailoring tasks are not completed properly. It's unfortunate but I will not be using their services again.

Staff always friendly and courteous. When I pick up my clothing or coats, they look brand new. Prices are very reasonable for the outstanding work they do.I highly recommend.
