My husband picked up a 10 piece bucket of chicken yesterday. It was absolutely disgusting most pieces were unrecognizable some bone, skin and maybe a small bite of chicken attached. It was very dry as if overcooked. Won’t be back.

Fabulous staff, food is good. The interior needs updating. There is a ceiling tile missing, the drink cooler has the 2008 Pepsi logo on it, and could use a lock of paint on the walls.

Good food, good service. Not very fond of being squished in a tiny room with other customers. I usually order and wait in the car.

Called ahead to ensure they were open. Said they were opentil 9pm. Drove 20 miles and got there at 6pm . Doors locked.

Supposed to close at 9, it's 8h15 and everything is locked up and they are in there still, update your times so people can come support your business. I won't be coming back, thanks anyway.

Forgot our gravy, one of the orders of free popcorn nuggets, all our dipping sauces for both orders and the fries tasted like they sat out for an hr.Overall: not great.Tip: more focus towards reading the order correctly and making sure the order is complete.

There's literally news articles about how the entire staff quit because they refused to put air conditioner in their restaurant. Shame on them. Eat somewhere else.

They advertise specials of the day and then did not have any stock or offer substitutes. The manager was rude both to me and his staff. Disappointed

Husband only eats kfc but lately its been terrible always missing something in our order i know sometimes it happens but not everytime..plus the girl who served me got my oder wrong but didnt apologize and said u said this and i said no like i told her twice my order the same thing she made it look like it was my fault instead of her mistake..i always loved going there but now no plus its always closed..im just so desapointed .this is the renfrew kfc im talking about right now pembroke kfc is the best..

Must be under new ownership; always got great food and quick service. Today waited 40 minutes for order and missing part {fries). There was a burnt grease taste (must not have changed the oil). Will not be going back- terrible.
