Well…where do I start? I’ve always had a healthy skepticism for realtors, like many ‘salespeople’, but I was blown away by the professionalism and service of both JD and Sunny. They were never pushy towards trying to get us to buy, and were available for even trivial questions about the home buying process. They worked hard with us to extend the subject period when we needed a more detailed inspection and even helped us to get the price we wanted (below asking). In a sales profession, its always nice to get real answers rather than somebody who is just worried about earning a commission and moving on to the next sale. JD made sure we knew the pros/cons of a property and what things would make it easier to re-sell in the future or alternatively, why certain properties take longer to sell and sell for lower prices. His knowledge of development is a big asset and his willingness and need to educate us as clients is particularly commendable.
