We sold most of the contents of a house through Gardner Galleries. It would have been impossible otherwise to access a ready market for so many items. Warning: offers pennies on the dollar for your furniture. You'd be better off selling privately, keeping it, or giving it to someone in need. Don't know about the auction. Told me my Korean antiques were fake. They were purchase from a reputable store in Insa-dong and shipped over here and definitely were not fake.

Gardner Galleries is an amazing place to purchase from! The staff is incredibly prompt. I purchased two items and was unable to pick them up. Craig and the team sent me a very reasonable quote for shipping within 12 hours of my call. Once I approved the shipping costs, they had my package ready to go within minutes. Thanks so much! Good company policy, large selection of items for everyone's taste, great option to look for bday presents. Always something new to look at, long track record with quick and satisfactory customer service.Has so far served me well aiming for larger lots, make some $ if willing to do the work on selling individual. Some times they get fakes that pass by their verification standards and will refund you, so always get your items verified. Easy pickup, usually empty or a few people inside.

I have purchased many items from Old Town Hall over the past 25 years and now many from Gardener Galleries as well. I believe they both provide accurate descriptions of the items featured on the online auctions and they offer very fine pieces. The staff at both locations are friendly, helpful and many are knowledgeable as well.

Initially having a problem registering for an online auction, it was quickly resolved by friendly and helpful staff. When I won two lots at the online auction, the invoices, payments, and shipping were efficiently handled, with a reasonable shipping cost. Overall a great experience.
