West Coast Hazmat

I highly recommend West Coast Hazmat. I hired them to remove asbestos from our older home recently that involved drywall compound/popcorn ceiling. They came on time, completed the job within 2 days as promised, provided the comprehensive report & followed up right after to ensure we were informed how the process went & were satisfied with the condition upon completion.

I was concerned about some areas in our older home we had recently purchased. My husband and I called Paul From West Coast Hazmat and he made an effort to come as soon as he was able and check the places in question. He was professional and was great at explaining things in ways we could understand. He took his time and was thorough at his checks. He allowed us to feel comfortable asking questions and was willing to look at any number of places to easy our minds before we were to have unnecessary testings done to check for asbestos. We highly recommend Paul and his company.

Stood me up and didn't show for a scheduled appointment. When I called, did not apologize, but we rescheduled for the next day. I confirmed with the employee at 3pm the next day that they would be coming at 4:30pm. Stood me up again and did not call to make any excuses either. Very unprofessional. I intend to bad mouth this company all over town. I have a really big mouth. Height of rudeness.

I recently hired West Coast Hazmat to do a complete home testing of an older home my wife and I just purchased in Nanaimo.Paul was very thorough in his testing and his explanation of the abatement process. He provided us with a detailed reporting of the existing threats and also the best options for moving ahead in our renovations we may or may not decide to do. Turn around time for testing and lab results was excellent and Pauls personable communication style was much appreciated.
