I don't know how much appreciation I can express for the way these two experts handle everything. I may have not been here, if it was not for them....on Feb.20 or21....I'm still sketchy on the day.....these two men picked me up from Etobicoke General....who by the way were ready to let me die....... and transported me to Brampton Hospital, to where they did let me live. It was a struggle but I am here to praise these two young men, Who ever you are ....Thank-you from the deepest part of my heart....we need more guys like you.....like angels from the sky.....Manny Terra

I couldn't express how much I appreciated the team who flew my mother via airplane from Parry Sound to Hamilton. They spent as long as necessary to make sure she was stable to fly... My sister stayed with my mom in Parry Sound and said they were incredible, while my dad and I drove to Hamilton to meet her there. We arrived just as mom did, and the ornge team took time to talk to us and said she did well on the flight. They even came into the waiting room afterwards to speak to us. They weren't just doing a job - they cared. It was so reassuring to see their compassion and kindness. They are incredible at what they do. Unfortunately our story doesn't have the fairytale ending and mom passed away 5 days later, but that was not to do with the ornge team... Her body just couldn't fight anymore. Despite the outcome, I can't thank the ornge team enough for making an incredibly difficult time a little bit easier by taking such good care of mom.
