Tyler Greene is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. Nobody has dealt with a better sales guy. Everyone is talking about how great he is to deal with. He has the most satisfied customers, nobodies customers are more satisfied. I love my Fiat!!!!

Be aware of this one , I got a car 2 days after got a engine light on , they trying to wave warranty , they told me when I purchase the car - 6 month warranty for engine and transmission , I told them this is unacceptable it’s 2 days after I want them to fix it or take it back as it sold in un honest way, when I purchased the car they promised me and showed work sheet that they check the car and did all services and issues , tony the service manager was super rude , after I red all the reviews , I understand i am a victim of crocks and well trained unprofessional misleading swindlers , I lost 16k don’t come any where close to that place !!! Be carful don’t trust them and don’t buy there

We recently purchased 2 Ram cargo vans and one of them had an engine problem. To our suprise event though it could be repaired they went ahead and replaced the whole engine with a similar one. The vehicle drives great. I will like to thank JP motors and extend my thanks to Krista as well. I strongly recommend this company and definitely I will be purchasing more vehicles in the future from them. Thank you everyone.

I came to JP Motors for the first time at the lot on Plains Rd, and I was helped out by Tyler. He was fantastic to work with, very friendly, knew a lot about cars and specifically the one I purchased, and made me feel good about my choice after looking at several cars. I will definitely come back and ask to make an appointment with Tyler again!

Went to JP to look at the one affordable car on their lot. Called rep and made appointment to purchase vehicle. Got a TEXT saying another rep sold it a day before our appointment. For a lousy 6 grand, they were greedy enough to leave a 9 month pregnant woman and her family without a car. Totally unprofessional. What was the point of making an appointment if the car wouldn't be reserved?! Don't reps communicate with one another?! Why wasn't I informed at the time that this was a possibility?! With both of my previous cars from dealerships, meeting prior to making an appointed for payment was enough to hold the car for a few days, or at the very least I'd get a call if there was another interested buyer so I could come earlier to purchase. Won't ever deal with these selfish individuals again. Totally asinine that for 6 grand, they'd pull the rug from under a family in need.

Unfortunately I can't say I had a good experience here, now that I've had the car for almost a year. Thought I was getting a decent deal on a 2014 VW Passat TDI to help with saving the cost of commuting on a daily basis. The car I received wasn't my first choice, because the other Passat TDI I was interested in sold before I could get it. Now with the car I have, it's been giving me nothing but grief. From DAY 1, I drive the car home, decided to go grab some dinner, get back in the car and start it up - Glow Plug light comes on flashing, and car is stuck in Limp Mode. Call up JP, and they didn't even want to hear me out, and told me me to address it with the Service Department to address the issue. Service tells me to take it directly to Volkswage, and they would cover diagnostic fees. Being from out of town, I had to go to my local VW dealership, and it's been literally back and forth with them for nearly a year, and almost an extra $1000 in repairs that has done NOTHING the address the issue.Fuel Filter - ~$300High Pressure Fuel Pump - Covered by VWWiring Harness around the Fuel Rail - ~$550Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor - Covered by VWNow the light is back on on a daily basis, and I just booked another appointment with VW to get it looked at, and will potentially have to sink more money into this car, and I'm still paying for the damn car itself.Oh, and wanna know something else that's a real kicker?? When I first took it to VW, they discovered that JP had taken it in to VW Burlington for the SAME issue, and was told to just clear the code, and JP NEVER DISCLOSED THIS TO ME. Also, it was discovered the day I was originally supposed to pick up the car, that the heater core was faulty, and the car had no heat, so my pickup was delayed by a couple days while it was repaired. I'll at least give props to the woman who was driving it over to the lot for speaking up, and getting it addressed, because it was cold that morning, and it wouldn't have been discovered otherwise until I had to drive it on a cold morning or at night.If I could go back, I sure as hell would've gone elsewhere with my business. Sorry guys, but next time I need a car, I ain't coming to you, and I won't be recommending you either.

If you want trust,honesty,reliability,great service,then this place is the place for you. My wife and I were terrified of finding a new car,who can you trust etc. We would like to tell everybody that we will never go anywhere else. Dwight and Bill were so professional, and Nic in financing and Keith from the shop were just incredible. We now have a reliable vehicle that we can have faith in. You cant go wrong with J.P. Motors. Thanks again guys we appreciate everything all of you have done for us.

Recently purchased a vehicle from JP Motorsfound them to be professional and easy to deal with.They are a cut above most used car dealers.However when buying a used car it pays to check the vehicle thoroughly and if you don't know what to look for bring someone that does.The complimentary Carfax provided by JP Motors really helps with peace of mind .

I buy my car here. Big selection. My car wasn't to fancy I no have lots of monies. But Mr.steve nice sales man. He help me find the one for me . It was like a wine and dine experience but without the wine. I buy the car and even after I buy Steve checked up with make sure I was happy. Great cars good price and very nice sales man Steve. Go see him. No complaints from me

Bought a used truck from them, great experience. They did the repairs i asked for but the ones i didn’t catch were passed onto me and i just had to pay to get them fixed. Windshield washer fluid hose was broken, didnt realize until first snowstorm.
