After suffering for what seemed like an eternity of disinterested, redirective and generally unhelpful management of our two condos in the same building in Toronto, we are so relieved to have Daniel at Brilliant Property Management taking care of our properties. Daniel has been up for the challenge since day one, after inheriting from the previous property management, the horrifically poor handling of a major building-wide infrastructure retrofit. Brilliant is super responsive to all requests and issues with our condo. They go extra miles in providing owners and guests with more convenience in many ways. They also proactively improve the resale value of our property by repairing and replacing parts of condo, improving overall look of exteriors, and enhancing security of parkings, etc. They do have the patience in explaining things to owners. It's been a true blessing to have them in the past few years. Brilliant Property Management took over the management of my building a year ago and what a great change for the better. The people are friendly, understanding, competent and professional. The Brilliant Property Management Team was hired by our building a little over a year ago, and they have been a breath of fresh air! They have always been responsive to any issues that we may have, but most importantly are transparent with everything that is getting done in the building. We had some terrible experiences with our first management company, who looked after our place for the first 18 months living in our building, so we are much happier with the new team who are honest and hands-on!

I have lived in a condo managed by them for 3 years and they are completely incompetent. Their staff do not communicate properly and get aggressive when questioned. Would give zero stars if possible.

I have personally dealt with Jeff Plant for most of our issues. He has always been professional, very responsive and helpful. What I appreciate the most is the great communication that he has and how he handles all the issues. He had solved one of my issues in a cost efficient way which at the end saved money to the condominium. I have a peace of mind knowing that such a good property management is managing our condominium.
