Tony from Purplo Consulting is great! I was looking for someone to help me install Windows 10 to an old computer tower and he came highly recommended. He was quick in responding and was able to give me a quick estimate for his services. He was upfront of any possible additional costs that could come up due to the age of the tower so there wasn't any surprises. The drop off was easy and Covid safe. The actual fixing was also quick! It was ready within a couple of hours! He even gave a nice thank you card when he returned the tower to me. Overall, great service!

Overall they got the job done migrating from outlook to gmail but when my team has problems with their calendars, they are told this isn't in the scope. We really could have done the migration ourselves but I wanted to hire a company to take ownership of the project so we could focus on our business. Calendars was the MOST important reason for the switch. How could issues in this area be outside the scope of support? Maybe next time we could have saved $2,800.00 and just followed some youtube videos for a better experience. I'd recommend this company for migration but maybe not for customer service.
