Dishonest. Scummy. Rude. Incompetent.The owner, Dave Lemos, has no concept of customer service nor does he run an honest business. He over charges by wasting my time, refused to let me grab my property from my car until I threatened to get the police involved, and purposefully ignored my calls while I was trying get my car out of if his lot. He does not abid by the regulations that are put in place to protect consumers from companies like his. He takes advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Like after a car accident in my case. AVOID.

Victoria Day weekend, my daughter's car broke down on Haldimand Road. Called the number, the man who answered was extreemely rude and reminded me it was a holiday. Seemed to be very annoyed I was bothering him on a holiday. I explained my daughter was diabetic and we needed to get her vehicle towed to a garage so I could get her home. I ended up calling Taylor's Towing and they were more than accomodating, came out right away. Gord's does not deserve to be in business with his nasty attitude, close up shop and let someone who wants to make 2500. in repairs have the business.
