Food was good, decent price, service good, robot was cool. Kids card was a good deal. Fries were spicy tho. My kids didn't like them.

I live out of town, went here for pick up specifically for Boston Pizza (there and back is 1 hr) and get home and they completely missed putting in a main meal . It was super disappointing. Then they wouldn’t give refund. Would only give a credit which I have to call and remember to use. Didn’t give anything additional for the inconvenience or to say sorry. A meal out is an expensive thing these days so my expectations have gone up.. sad to say I have to start checking all my orders as I see this problem happening more and more. Food I got was tasty just sucks my partner only got his side salad so we had to share my food.

Our server Alexandra A++. Smiles and great with the kids... Place was super clean. Their Robot helper was super rad!!The nachos was very very lack luster. Not what I normally expect from BP'S. Less meat on them then a small Wendy's burger... I didn't find it layered very nice out the the edges either...The tropical chicken pizza was as always an extreme pleasure and didn't disappoint at all...Reason for 3 start:. I asked for no olives on .y nachos and there were still a few random ones floating in there, bit disappointing, and the nachos being sub par.Otherwise good time!! And yes would go back to this location

The evening started well with a courteous hostess but took a sharp dive after that. It took twenty minutes before we first saw our server, luckily we had all that time to decide on drinks, and dinner so we only had to be graced by her presence the one time, but unfortunately she didn’t manage to get all the drinks correct but didn’t come back at all. We required utensils and plates to eat our dinner and I had to go and find her since she hadn’t been back since delivering our drinks to the table even though she mentioned that she was going to bring some.

I went here for my birthday along with my husband and parents. The food and service was good but they need to up their game on a birthday dessert. When someone comes to your restaurant for their birthday more than a tablespoon of ice cream I think is deserving. Disappointed and my family disappointed for me. Don't go here for special events as they don't celebrate with you at all.

Restaurant was busy which is usually a good sign but also means a longer wait. The service was excellent and Rachel made sure we were well looked after while we waited. The food was good, not wow good but not yuck bad either.

I understand we reached at the restaurant around 11PM and the person at front told us that they close in an hour and last call would be at11:45. By the time we got seated the server came and said last call is at 11:30 instead. She took drinks order and then came back with drinks and said grill is not available so no nachos as they need time for it to cool down and then clean. During our order we felt really pressurized and the way she was talking back was like we were being told … we tried to stay polite with her all through even though she forgot our ceasar drink until half way through snacks but her attitude was just not right. I wouldn’t come back to this service for sure. I understand how it feels to have last minute customers but I would have compensated her for staying but her attitude about even telling us to leave the restaurant at 11:52 saying it’s midnight was not right. I think some training needs to happen. Yes, we didn’t tip her much as didn’t feel like she deserved anything at all.

Every time we go the fries are so spicy you can't eat them. Got charged for dips we didn't as for. We like BP, but will start going to different locations. Its not cheap to not be satisfied

We decided to go on New Year Eve and they were very busy. There was two of us dining and we ordered the Lasagna which tasted very good but my opinion they could have had a little more sauce. We also ordered the NY Steak which was cooked exactly as ordered. Caitlin our server was excellent.

We took our homeschooling group for a field trip here. All the staff was amazing. The kids loved the experience and the pizzas they got to make.
