Paid $25 for a Kong dog toy and there must have been a defect as the seam ripped on day 2. Called to ask about refund and was basically told there is no warranty on toys...too bad, so sad. Called another location and was at least given instruction how to apply for a refund at Kong.

I've taken my large dog in for washing twice and had a great experience all around. The staff clearly love animals and are happy to share their expertise.

Great place! Prices are market prices. Easy to get around the store even with a dog on a leash. Washing stations are perfect with everything you need!

Clean, bright, and well organized store. Huge selection of everything you could need for your pet. If you can’t find it, the staff is more than willing to special order it in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always a great shopping experience here.
