Had a coupon for $14.99...2 Teen burger combos. Cashier told us we had to pay $15.99 for the coupon...she said we don't charge the price of the coupon...we charge a little more". I guess this is how they're staying afloat...by overcharging"

A&W is a bit pricier than some of its competitors, but the food is excellent. This A&W is pretty standard (if you're familiar with the chain). I did find the seating area a bit inadequate. I was also disappointed that while I was eating in, I got a paper cup for my soft drink as they have typically served it in a chilled mug.

Bathrooms were disgusting. The smell of urine in the men's bathroom was overpowering. The fries cam out cold in 1 pack and hot in thd rest. Clearly reusing older fries. Burgers were also cold and cooked well in advance of us ordering. Overall a bad experience. Will never stop here again.

What is happening to this restaraunt. Constantly messing up my order, literally no seasoning on my food (no salt, no seasoning salt, nothing, even thought i ordered with extra seasoning salt) and good luck trying to get ahold of them to ask about their constant mistakes. They're one of the only places in town with a veggie burger otherwise I wouldn't give them another dollar. Seriously, do better.

Teen burger, onion rings and root beer cannot be beat! We also have the beyond meet burger which is amazing. You cannot tell it's not meat. Would love this location to get the little metal baskets to reduce on waste. I love this restaurant. They are very responsible organization that is taking the lead in the industry.

I've been eating breakfast here for years and I would have given 5 stars a year ago and today would give 1 star.So I chose 3 to be fair. The toast are not buttered for the most part.Food is cold and stale and I just ate my eggs full of shells.Lately I'm always returning because my orders are missing something.I'm very disappointed because this was my favorite breakfast place.

I ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich at 4:30pm and they parked me for 10 minuites before getting my sandwich to me.Service is too slow for what an establishment like this should offer. Perhaps they are understaffed but management should address this.

The cooks at this restaurant do not pay attention. Don't bother customizing a burger here. They obviously don't read the orders. They must hire illiterate people for cooks. Honestly it's EVERY TIME!
