Decent bar atmosphere with good food. I would say this bar is for the +30 crowd of Ottawa and has a nice feeling to it. Staff is attentive to a degree and food is timely. I've never had an issue with quality and the prices are on par with the area.

Went here for a nice dinner with my partner. Service was great and staff was very friendly. It is a smaller restaurant/bar but has a cool patio for warmer weather and an upstairs lounge. The food was great, though there are only two vegetarian options. They were phenomenal thought. The chocolate espresso cake was to die for and they have put their own spin on a couple of classic cocktails. Unfortunately, we were quite overrun with fruit flies at our table. Maybe it was where we were sitting, but they were quite interested in my meal. It didn't take too much away from the experience though!

Solid 4. Great experience with food and service. Enough vegetarian options. We ordered the cauliflower which was great and falafel wrap, which was okay. I did enjoy the fries. For meat eaters, the chicken popcorn is amazing and flavourful. My hubby got the fish n chips that he really enjoyed. The restaurant was super accessible as it’s located right by the Ottawa sign.

Really nice at the heart of Ottawa. Great drinks with great food. One of the best places to sit calmly and have long talks with bestie. The service is really nice and welcoming. The food is good.There is pay parking at the front of the pub.

Solid 4 stars. Came here in a Saturday night at 8pm and was seated immediately. Our server Will was pleasant. Food came pretty fast. There was a small mix up with our order but they got it fixed no problem. We ordered…- nachos (app) - loved that it was on wonton wrappers. Flavour was good, but portion was a bit small.- Korean popcorn chicken - chicken was a bit tough.- chorizo sausage pizza - couldn’t taste the chorizo, had plenty of mushrooms. Overall was yummy.- burger - meat was a little dry. Not the best burger ever, but was an acceptable one. Came with a side of fries which was so addictingly yummy.- fish & chips - fish batter was too thick, was not crispy, but overall seasoning was fine.Overall menu is on the smaller size. Ambiance was chill. Paid $102 plus tips.

Excellent food!! My family and I ate salmon, Pad Thai and hamburger. Everything was so tasty!!! The staff was very kind and helpful! I would totally recommend this place to my friends!

Before we ate at The Brig Pub we looked at the rating and checked out the menu. It appealed to us immediately. The beer and food was excellent. Ashley was first class and helped us with our beer choice. Smoked salmon soup, general tso’s cauliflower and coconut salmon was a great way to end out day of visiting.

Food is excellent, staff are nice!The best thing about Fish and Chips is the jalapeno tartar sauce. It taste so good! Other than that, Fish is good but chips looks and taste just like McDonald.Portabello Chicken taste like 5-star restaurant, chicken seems like slow-cook and really juicy. Source are pretty salty, which is a perfect match with the chicken!I also choice to try the in-house beer, which taste good. Highly recommended

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and interior design. I ordered classic burger and it was decent. The side salad was amazing. Sandra was really amiable and attentive.
