TD Insurance Auto Centre

Had the worst experience as a TD customer, my car was hit while it was parked on the roadside parking. I was firstly told that everything will be covered by the insurance but later on my adjuster Akash told me that I will have to pay $300 deductible as the person who hit my car didn’t have insurance. And I was promised to get my car on 20 of June 2023 but after that when I called my adjuster Akash never received call as my car wasn’t fixed he just keep lying. They just keep changing the date. I will never recommend anyone for TD insurance after having the worst experience from the company and adjuster Akash.

Very bad experience 2 days work took more than2 weeks and return car with scratches. Dont go there.

Never use insurance recommended shop like this one. They are working for insurance company not for you. Their customer service was worse, Manager Mario for the shop and Ashley Russio for whole repair facility both are liar. They were not available once I left my car for repair. I tried too many times but didn't get reply even after leaving voice mails. They used non genuine part and their paint work is worse, not properly matched & they don't do what was decided to do. They don't provide proper invoice (estimate and invoice with different company names) and they didn't allow me to see work being done and to examine my vehicle. Keep away from this repair center. I am totally not satisfied with their work and service.

I got into a hit and run accident and my insurance book me in the same day to have my car repaired and they provided me a rental the same time. The workers there are very friendly. They did an amazing job with my vehicle. I was not expecting them to even detail the inside. Mario and his employees are amazing. A great set of workers and team. I am so amazed at their great customer service. I need my rear tale light fixed and I will be bringing my car in for them to look at and any other services I would need in the future. I definitely recommend TD Insurance and their auto center.

My BMW X5 went in as a complete disaster and came out like it just drove off the lot! The service was exceptional always keeping me informed of status and the people were great. IBad, Mario, the whole team really are great. It's like they actually cared .. what a concept. Why did it take me this long to find a place like this? Oh well, found them now. Alessandra was my handling adjuster. She was caring and very knowledgeable. My accident was a bad day, but she made it easy and i am lucky she helped me througout 2 months my car was at the shop. Mario from the Body Shop was great as well. I'm so happy both of them literally took care of me and my car. Thank you

My sedan was hit by bus late night. I called to my TD insurance next day around 9.30 am and got my rental car ready for me right there around noon. Very fast, no long conversation and explanation, no boring paperwork. Clean and light place. Shop manager, Mat explained me in very polite and professional manner what they are going to do. I feel very comfortable to be informed by phone how repairing is going. My car is back; looks like new, everything fixed and working.Highly recommending this place.

These guys are awesome. The girls from TD insurance were very helpful in filling my claim. And the manager from Enterprise got me a BMW as my rental. The shop does great work. It's not easy putting a car back together again unless your the factory that built it. I can't even tell my car was hit. This shop made all the difference in the world to me during a stressful accident.
