This place is home away from home thanks to the amazingly friendly staff. Not only do they welcome you with a huge smile and hello, but they know their products thoroughly, are very on the ball with supplies, order certain custom things in for your pets and they have some of the lowest prices in town. My mind was blown the other day when a staff member remembered my dogs allergies and recited a fairly lengthy list of them. It actually warmed my heart when she stated my dogs names and the list of sensitivities one of them has. They go above and beyond any service I have ever received in pet stores or anywhere customer service is applied. I can't help but smile at the personal touch which I'm reminded of every single time I'm in there. The management is beyond outstanding and it shows through every single staff member which also follows suit. I would never bother going to any other pet store with my angels who are always greeted and treated like family. Out freaking standing from management level to all who work there.
