Their email replies are always prompt and courteous, their drivers are very friendly and on time, and they always have what I need in stock. I can order batteries in the morning, and they arrive that afternoon...very helpful!! I have had nothing but great service from Chad and the rest of the staff at Interstate!!

Love this place. save yourself the headache of dealing with those big box stores and come here. They warranty your battery so if it doesn't make it through our crazy winters you get a replacement with no push back. Thanks again now I have extra money for groceries.

Terrible customer service, called and told them I needed a battery and could be there at 5:01 as I was on my way and they couldn't even help a guy out by staying 1 or 2 minutes late(update after response) the reason I wasn't in the parking lot was because the guy on the phone told me that there was nothing he could do for me, even after I told him that I could pay for the battery with credit. Very poor service, teach your staff better
