I'm very impressed with Mr Charles Rochon, he's cordial, helpful, patient and empathetic. I called for a pipe repair that might have involved the city as well. Well Mr Charles tried to save me some money, but unfortunately the city needed video proof of the leak if it was on their end. He called the city for me to ensure that both the city and him come at the same time so as not to inconvenience us without water for a long period of time. It turned out that the leak was coming from the city therefore I didn't require him to come and complete the job. Needless to say that the next time I have plumbing issues, he's the first one I will call.

When I called I was skeptical that I will get a quick turnaround and wow! Within an hour, the plumber was here and he helped my issue of repairing the clapet from the kitchen sink.He explained all along the way of his findings and replaced the broken pieces.Rare find of such professional service and i will fully recommend them.

Easy and fast booking process, quick and good service, but expensive. Valves replacement with 2 new shut off valves (for washing machine): 350$.

The plumber cleaned our kitchen sync drain. The water was not flowing any more and there were a lot of junk in the pipes.We live in a condo and he reached really far to get it to work.We were very satisfied with the end result.The questionable part is that the plumber felt he needed to change all the drain plumbing just because he didn't like what the previous one had done.I'm glad there was a helper because it saved a lot of time with all the back and forth to the truck.So all in all, the drain is clean and works really well.
