PM Windows & Doors

We hired PM Windows to replace our old windows and doors in the spring of 2022, after receiving three separate quotes.We are extremely pleased. Not only do the windows look great, the entire experience - from sales, to on-site estimate, to installation, to payment - was really good. The sales consultant took the time to talk through everything with us (and talking both to my wife and I equally), and wrote an estimate on site (didn't have to wait weeks for a response). The project manager was friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The installers were very professional and even though there was some disruption caused by us all catching covid in the middle of everything, the project was resumed and completed shortly after that cleared up, with no lengthy rescheduling.We have no reservations recommending PM Windows to our friends and family. mistakes made during ordering of doors, and during final invoicing. The workers on site were excellent!We now realize the wired door bell at the front door is not working. There is voltage at the transformer but not at the indoor chime. Did the original wiring run through the door frame to the button and was accidentally cut? Anyways, a new wireless system is now required.

First experience with this company was okay (sort of) we returned for the lifetime warranty ... The second time around, this time, however totally different matter ... Needless to say what could have been 4 stars is now 1 because there is no less of a rating to give... We made contact about an issue with the installation and were told that because the door worked when installed no further issues with impairment where their issue ... This is a fine example of how DIY takes the win ... Instead of coming out to fix it they argued their point to exhaustion and i fixed it myself in less time then the conversation ... But at least they can dodge out on the warrenty now instead of taking 5 minutes out of their day ...Ive edited this to include a photo of the simplicity of the neglected fix ... The rounding of a frame ...

I have used PM Windows and Doors on more than one occasion. They replaced windows in my house back in the 90’s, and I was pleased with the service and workmanship back then. When needing to replace a window recently, the experience was once again, excellent.The window installation by Dan, was exceptional. He made sure he did hardly any damage to hosta plants growing in front of the window. The work inside with the finishing trim, was amazing! Much better than when the window was originally replaced.

We had a patio door installed two years ago and have had water come in on both sides at the floor level. They have come to try to address the issue but have not been successful. So now if we have a heavy rain, we still get water coming in and PM Windows have given up trying to fix this issue.Also, the screen for our awning window, that they installed, has a poor fitting screen which allows for small bugs to enter when the window is open. We were told that the screen is factory made and that there is nothing they can do for us.I gave a three star rating as the windows themselves are a good quality.

We are very happy with the new windows installed in our home. They gave us good recommendations, especially the awning windows they suggested for our kitchen. Thank you for the great work!

Excellent service from Kevin and very good installers. Kevin came to my home and helped me figure out what front door was best. He had great ideas and I ultimately went with what he suggested. Very happy with the result!

We desperately needed to replace our front-facing windows and rickety front door...so we gave PM a call.Kevin - their super-passionate sales guy - helped us pick the best-looking front door for our house, explained the entire window installation process and provided us with a very competitive quote. In other words, it was a great initial service experience.As for the window and door installation, we found the workmanship to be top-notch. The installers themselves were efficient, friendly and left our house clean.Highly recommended! In fact, we have already reached out to PM to replace the rest of our windows.
