Russell's Mobile Wash

I highly recommend Russell’s Mobile Wash for pressure washing your home. They arrived as they said they would. They did an amazing job of cleaning 30 years of dirt from our beige vinyl siding . They use hot water and a concentrated cleaner. It came so clean and Stephen and other worker (sorry we didn’t get your name)were very fussy to do a thorough job. In addition they cleaned our concrete deck, unbelievable how clean it came, almost as white as new. We were so impressed we asked them to do our front step and walkway. Amazing how much better it looks. In two hours a big transformation of our property! Very reasonable in price and friendly and professional. We would definitely get them again.

I have been going to this car wash every Saturday this summer. Sometimes the door jams get muddy and I ask to have them sprayed off and offer to pay extra. The two guys that work on Saturday are great and I’m not complaining about those two at all because they are always polite and do a good thorough job. There was a different guy there today as well as those two guys. When I asked to have the door jams sprayed off he told me it wasn’t something they are willing to do. I told them never mind I will get it done elsewhere and started to pull off. I rolled down the window and told them they lost a customer, rolled a few more feet and said, you guys are willing to lose a customer over not spraying a door jam. When I said that, buddy with the sunglasses on a cloudy day fired up his hands cursing and gesturing to come back like he was gonna fix me. This is why I felt compelled to give them a bad review. It would be different if this is something that hasn’t been done for me before by this car wash and others. I drove down the road to the next car wash and it was, “Ya, no problem.”

Fast and very pleasant. Price is cheaper than anyone else I had before
