Worst experience with purchasing a Washer in my entire life; and I have been around many years. After purchasing the washer, it was unusable in my Condo. It was supplier with 250V outlet which is not compatible with any residential electrical outlets in North America. Trying to resolve the entire issue with the staff and especially the owner was a nightmare. Owner constantly gave false information and avoided me. Whole experience resulted with 3 weeks of constant debate, stress and a Financial (over $100) loss to myself (delivery charge lost and another charge to delivery item back). If you are reading this, trust me. Don't go there. You get better savings and customer service at the Best Buy Clearance Warehouse. I won't be making this same mistake again.

It was a pleasure dealing with them and their team. Farooq was an absolute gem to deal with. He solved all my problems and made sure all my products were delivered on time and within efficient care. He rectified all my problems and I do thank the GTA warehouse team for their support!

Bought the new stove on December with 1 year warranty. Now i have some issued with the stove, called them and they said send them pics of receipt and stove. Sent to them but no respond, and they called me back and tell me now they change the owner and the new owner have no responsibility for the stove I bought. Im fine with that, but CRA will happy to see them with the message they sent to me.

People were nice enough when selling to you. Purchased an upright freezer. Worked when plugged in. Freezes well. But after one month, ice and snow buildup. Online forums says bad seals. Did what I could without buying a $200 replacement seal. Unfortunately, being used far from store, so to transport it back for warranty replacement would not be economical either. And given other reviews, it would not be worthwhile. Buyer beware.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME SHOPPING HERE!!Half of the appliances don't work you will waste your time and money returning it.

The must important thing to remember when dealing with customers is that we are all CUSTOMERS and we should treat everyone the same way we would like to be treated.I felt welcomed, I felt understood, i felt respected and i did not felt pressure at all in the store.Nice customer service, nice attitude...Very competitive prices.I would definitely go back and refer the store,

I got a used stove from them and the oven part is not working and they refused to use it under warranty, and they are not answering my phone calls.

SCAM.. sold a BROKEN fridge that the temperature doesn't drop. When asked to be repaired, they took the fridge and NEVER returned it.Been waiting for 2 months to get my fridge back. Been calling, texting, and emailing... now they ignore me. Visited the store like 5 times since then... they keep on asking to come back next week.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
