PLEASE DONT GO HERE THEY ARE MANIPULATING LIARS I had called into the store to inquire about a product the lady over the phone said i quote “ YES WE HAVE A VERY LARGE VARIETY OF THAT PRODUCT IN OUR STORE” I drove 50kms to get to the store and they only had like 3 color that’s not a large variety stop frikkin lying and wasting peoples time .. I spoke to the manager there and he said I can’t do anything about it to me that’s considered a large variety buddy firstly that’s not a large variety and secondly please retrain your staff to be honest to customers Never coming back here again LIARs————Reply to ur response :- nobody referred me i passed by ur other location day before & called them who said this location has themUr staff upon asking said “YES WE HAVE A LARGE COLLECTION OF SOFA COVERS” not once but 3 times atleast I drove 50kms or more for nothing she lied she could’ve just been clear that we have some if you like you can come by and check if u like .. ur comment abt Walmart well Walmart has everything online and you guys don’t hence I called because I didn’t wana leave my 3 month old baby and drive one hour to waste my time & thts the reason i feel u guys deserved the review I own a business too but I would never lie to my customers the way ur staff lied and I don’t even know why she would do that but thanks anyways

Covid19 review: More than just linens, Grace has what you need for the home with a European flair. Reasonable prices and helpful staff make for a pleasant shopping experience. Beyond a large selection of bedding in the back they also carry items for the kitchen, tableware, other housewares, even cleaning supplies. Ask the staff because those ladies know where everything is and they know if it's in stock. No need to run away and 'check on the computer' That's old school customer service and it's great!

They have good item I get what I want to buy. But the guy cashier is so mean. I ask for a stronger plastic for my item because it's heavy his not happy with my request and yes he gave me a stronger plastic unfortunately its a broken plastic so I told him it's broken. So he said you should bring ur own bag . And his not giving another bag so I said how I gonna carry I have I child also and the item is heavy. So he he gave an annoying look and transfer my item to stronger plastic what a mean cashier he is . I paid my item nicely and yet he don't serve me well.

There are some interesting things in the store... purchased bed sheets here a few years ago, as well as some kitchen utensils and espresso spoons that hang off the edge of the cup!

Great place to buy home related items (sheets, towels, rugs, pillows, kitchen and bath accessories) at fair prices. Very helpful staff...Maria assisted me today and was very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you Maria!I always enjoy my shopping experience at the Jane and Steeles location.

Nice staff. Your will find everything from bathroom supplies to bedroom, kitchen supplies, to decor stuff. This place is awesome and cheap. And when I say cheap im talking about $$$$ not the appliances. It's like dollarama but better quality!!!

We had a delightful visit at Grace Textile. The staff was super-helpful with sorting through the vast selection and getting us exactly what we were looking for, in a very relaxed atmosphere. Selection was very good and the quality seems very good, too. Prices are reasonable and parking is free.
