Exactly what I want my food to look and taste like when going for diner food. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it looked and tasted so good that I forgot to take a picture before getting part way into my burger. Staff was efficient with refilling drinks, cleaning off empty plates and even bringing the bill without us having to flag them down and ask. The place was very busy and loud as there is a lot of groups conversing at once but honestly the food was so good I barely had time to make conversation in between bites as I didn’t want to stop eating.

This has to be the best place to eat in Hope.We went there for dinner and it's a true diner, with a surprisingly large and varied menu.But it's a diner, right? So I had the hot turkey sandwich, hubby had the burger and both meals were terrific.Because we had had a very stressful day, I rewarded myself and also ordered the chocolate dessert and we managed to snarf that down too. It was decadent and delicious.Prices are super reasonable. Server(Kim) was friendly and helpful.If you find yourself in Hope, go here.

The food here was really great and they have tons of gluten free options! The staff is also extremely awesome.I am most thankful for the kind owner. My partner and I had a car crash and were stuck in Hope. We took our stuff to this restaurant so we could wait for our E-bus. The staff was really nice about us bringing in a ton of luggage.Unfortunately, our bus was extremely late because of the snow bad conditions. The restaurant originally closed at 9 pm but the owner stayed another hour just for us because she wanted to make sure we got home safe.We were both in awe of the compassion she displayed! This is definitely a restaurant that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Fantastic homestyle cooking, service was great, our server was friendly and attentive , food was served , hot and tasted Amazing , I had the 5 oz beef pattie with potato pancakes and vegetablesVery good price point , and definitely a place to go if you ever find yourself in Hope BC

Small town but big taste, Rolly’s restaurant is the best shop in this area. Food is well prepared and good size. Service is good. Plenty of parking space.

This place feels like home. Run by an awesome women staff , it almost is as if your mum is making fresh breakfast for you. Me and my friend took the breakfast menu and at that cost we felt it was value for money. The coffee kept pouring in and we were so full in 40 bucks that we didn’t do lunch that day. Need more of such places in the world!

Stopped for lunch while charging our Tesla (½ block). Had to try deep fried pickles, rare find, glad I did. Most excellent deluxe veggie burger with lots of mushrooms and real cheese. Came with everything on it even relish. Perfect fries. Sister had bacon burger. Also very good. Take out service was efficient and friendly. Remembered all the trimmings.

A vintage style, North American diner...for travelling Aussies, this was the only one we came across during our Canada road trip and a real treat. Had dinner here on our arrival in Hope, had the peach pie too. My husband hasn't stopped talking about it. Was such a great experience we returned for breakfast the next day. Great portion sizes, good prices, friendly staff. If I'm ever in Hope again, we will be at Rolly's!
