Manor Motel

Not a clean motel. Facilities are outdated. I ran out of hot water on numerous occasion. My room had no closet. Manager is courteous. But what can she do with dilapidated facilities? Close to beach. Beautiful beach with waves.

Myself and my family always stay here. The owner is very kind and always accommodating. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a bit outdated but comfortable. Great for fisherman and for people looking for something at a reasonable rate.

Staying here for two nights before we move into another location on our week long vacation. Rooms are clean and the check in process is smooth. The staff here are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure we are taken care of throughout our stay. We will return next year for a stay. Cheers

Due to lack of accommodation in Southampton, there are not places that match Manor Motel. The reason, is the reasonable price per night. The rooms are clean but they need a definite upgrade. The beds are very comfortable. The windows need to be washed outside and in. They have Plumbing issues that's apparent and they are trying to take care of it. There's a lovely pool for kids and adults and it's heated. There are lots of toys and things for kids to float on. There is a Wonderful Coffee House directly across the street. The town, which is small has a lot of unique shops and restaurants. But of course people go to Southampton for the beach which is truly inspiring. If you are not like a five star Traveler, I think this would be a perfect spot for you and your kids.

Mold around the edge of the tub and the bottom was grey as if it had never really been cleaned. Cigarette burns on the bed and hair in the sheets and a big stain on one of the chairs. At least the fridge worked.

This place is the best that I've ever been. Nice big bed, cute decor. TV, microwave, fridge. Good water pressure they even have nice, chairs to sit in and it's right by the beach! Amazing internet speeds! This place is wonderful and the lady at the front desk and her daughter are lovely

The bed was comfortable but a little short, my feet were off the end. I found a couple more pubic hairs in the bathroom than I would have liked, and all around cleanliness was not the best. It's a little run down, but these flaws are reflected in the low place. It's definitely manageable for a night or two.

Quirky inexpensive motel. Fine for family. Very helpful lady running it. The place could be modernised but then you would pay double the price (like the others we checked out).

Places okay they're working on the rooms but the bathrooms are tiny and a little sketchy but otherwise very friendly staff and an okay place to stay for one night
