Walked the track the other day. It was nice and quiet. Even with a hockey game going on. Not many people walking. I enjoyed it. Plus it was nice and cool in there which I loved too!

Didn't pick up the phone when I called 7-8 times to figure out if there was or wasn't a hockey game. The website needs to be updated for the hockey event's, and when I arrived at the place the person behind the desk was ignoring the phone and playing candy crush?

Played ball hockey here for a season - facility clean, lots of parking out back , bench's are tight , locker rooms are massive.

Though the building may seem OLD it is anything but run down. Ice is kept nicely throughout the winter and many other sports held throughout the summer. Great for walking the track on rainy days or to come watch an alumni game between the Habs and the Bruins.

The Beaverbrook Arena has a good indoor walking track. It is painted concrete but is not slippery and is available from 8 am til 8 pm almost every day.There are some scheduled hockey practices and games when there is some congestion on the track. Those times should be avoided when possible.There are washrooms available but some stairs to climb on entry unless you park out front and come throughthe front doors. You will require handicap stickers in your windshield.
