I had a really bad experience here: extremely low patient care / bedside manner / customer service. Outside of the bare essentials no one really spoke to me or told me what was going on / what to expect. I recommend going elsewhere if your appointment is at all sentimental, or if you prefer to be treated with some forthcoming kindness or consideration.

Have been here for my wife pregnancy ultrasound test last week. Receptionist and the physician who does the ultrasound were friendly and supportive staff. They were being polite and kind in responding to our questions. We were 15min early for our appointment and my wife was not able to wait for much time because of drinking more water for ultrasound. We requested them to allow us early and they did it with just 2min wait time.

I was 10 min late due to difficulty finding parking, the rain, and the distance I had to travel. The staff were unfriendly, uncompassionate, and inflexible. They had already cancelled my appt and offered no appropriate alternative. I shall never return there.

I called today to make an appointment for a yearly mammogram and ultrasound. The lady that answered me at 9:34am took my information and asked me why do you do it yearly, I told her my doctor requests that because I have a big lump. She said don't you do an ultrasound, I said the doctor is requesting both ultrasound and mammogram, she answered rudelywell I don't have any appointments for that". And she stopped talking! I paused trying to understand why all these questions and how come they don't have appointments when I told her that I did it previously at this location. So I asked her you dont have any appointments for this?! she said "yes". I asked well when would you have appointments for this

Friendly staff and they always make me feel comfortable. This is in the same building as my Dr so I go here often. They're always quick to take me in and get what I need done in a timely manner. No cell service in the basement.

Staff are competent in their medical arts, but I am uncertain they understand the meaning of customer service or compassion. Borderline rude, regularly.I get that you have to deal with sick people all day long, but that’s what your job is. If you’ve lost your bedside manner, and your ability to recognize that, perhaps this isn’t the career for you.
