They showed up on time, like a little army and removed all my old equipment and by 5, everything new was up and running. They did a walk through with me and a follow up call the next day to ask me how it went and how my house feels. They repeated, that I can call back and let them know if any issues and they would take care of it. Was super easy, and painless from quote to installation. The price was better than at least 5 other service providers.

I've been using this company for years and the service is always beyond reproach. Service representatives polite, competent and responsive. I bought my furnace from them also, they were honest and didn't over-sell me. Nothing bad to say here.

Had 2 ductless units installed 3 years ago. Also had it cleaned recently. All services were amazing starting with sales rep Stephane, finishing with maintenance technician Maraz. Both were very pleasant, polite, prompt, easy to communicate. System works very well, no problem at all. It takes care of 2 floors, keeps us very comfortable. A great team, great product, great service! It is very rare today.

Had a new system A to Z installed late summer by s&s. Was happy with the install, they cleaned up and arranged the ducts differently than the existing install and was able to gain me tons of room.Had some problems with the system recently (manufacturer related not s&s related), they came by promptly, no questions, made their assessments, and have scheduled me in to make all repairs and replacements per manufacturer recommendations.Am again, pleased with install, clean and tidy, and extra appreciation towards Christina for being quick and efficient to reply, update, and her customer service all around when i had questions or concerns, as well as Kevin for going to extra distance to come by after hours to fix something to provide heat during a cold evening as the heat pump was down.
