Took the course as I needed it for my job and I have to say Connor was a great instructor. He was very knowledgeable and helping.

Completed a Standard First Aid and CPR course with Connor, and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and a great instructor. Brought a level of passion to teaching first aid as well, which was refreshing and made learning the content that much more engaging. Would recommend a course with Connor to everyone and anyone.

i had the 2 day classes and it was wonderful experience I learned a-lot with the help and teaching of Kyle.His way of teaching is very interesting and knowledgeable.No chance of getting bored.They way he clear the doubts is really impressive.

Easy to book a course for the upcoming week. Connor, our instructor, is knowledgeable and has an engaging and inclusive teaching style. I got 100% right on a 35 question test, which speaks as much to the instruction as my learning abilities.

Connor was a really fun and knowledgeable instructor to learn from. There is very poor ventilation in the classroom and it was very unpleasant for many of us, especially during practical training. Please get a fan for the classroom :(

Connor is an amazing instructor. He conveys very clearly and concise. And he always asks for questions to make sure we understand before he proceeds to the next item. Very professional in handling his students.

I took the class yesterday and was pleased at just how much I learned in one day. Our instructor ( Connor ) was able to keep things interesting and moving along at a nice pace but he also made sure that we understood everything before moving to the next section. And this is definitely a hands on " course with lots of practical work which I appreciated too. If you are looking to take a First Aid CPR course then this is a great place to go."

Had a really cool instructor named Connor. His sessions were interesting and practical. He was very polite and gave a lot of good feedback with practice rounds.He answered everyone's questions to the best of his ability and made the atmosphere of the classroom such that everyone could interact and make friends.Thanks Connor!

Connor is great. He's very knowledge and a great instructor. However customer service was horrible. My class got rescheduled 4 times due to not having enough people in the class. I almost lost a job opportunity because I needed to renew my CPR in a certain time frame and it took me almost a month plus some to actually get into a class that was going to happen. Just glad my employer understood otherwise I would be furious. Customer service stopped replying to my emails to reschedule me so I had to power call them. I finally got into a class but they told me to pay again????? Thank god my instructor trusted me and allowed me to do the class even though it said I had an outstanding balance.. SO yeah it was a struggle I don't recommend this company if your on a time frame cause it'll probably get cancelled and you'll get screwed. 5 stars for Connor 0 for customer service.

Connor is an amazing instructor. Very knowledgeable and engaging. His lecture is not boring at all and pacing is good. Frequently asks the group if we have questions or if we are catching up. I like that he uses combination of teaching strategies - slides, whiteboard (notes), demonstration and personal experiences too.
