I am very impressed with Canvas Prints Toronto! I was racing against the Christmas 2020 rush, and I called their support line to figure out my options. They were friendly and frank, and assured me that my canvas should arrive before Christmas, with free shipping. When I sent them messages with further questions, they were prompt and responsive. Finally, I received my canvas in the mail five days before I was even expecting it. The quality of the canvas printing is great, the frame is sturdy and heavy. Their prices are higher than, say, Costco. This could be due to other factors, like the depth of the frame - I don’t know for certain. But in my opinion it was well worth it for the customer service and prompt delivery alone. I would order from them again.

Could not be more pleased with our recent order. Fantastic pricing and quality. We received the package in the mail in about a week which was quicker then we initially expected. Best part was how well the package was wrapped. Plastic wrapping and taped cardboard ensured the canvas would not move.We purchased the canvas for our upcoming wedding for guests to sign and it was exactly what we were looking for. Could not recommend this company enough!

I have used Canvas Prints Toronto twice...three paintings. I was able to send my own photos and they made sure that all pieces would be high definition, with the sizes I chose. They are crisp and clear..and detailed! Fantastic...well priced. I work in the art industry, I am an art appraiser/dealer and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, good price and FAST delivery. Only took less than a week to receive...with the free shipping! Thank you Sarka, who works there, she is excellent.My only suggestion would be to put d-rings or wire on the back of work, so I do not need to get out the drill and do myself. They state hang off the stretcher, but I don't suggest that myself.

Lovely place that sent out my order within a few days. Really great selection of styles and sized and the customer support person I chatted with to discuss options was a real person and not an AI, which I really appreciate.The print looked fantastic when it arrived and was packaged in such a way to prevent any damage.I am not sure how often I'll need to have a print made, but if I do, I'll be sure to use them again!

The customer service was spot on. The lady on chat was patient and worked with us both financially and cosmetically. Was well protected during shipping and you could tell they went to great lengths to protect during shipping.
