The representative that came to my house to do the inspection was very helpful, and polite. And was knowledgeable, he gave us advice on how to take care of our chimney, by suggesting that we use a creosote each year.

Nathan came out and did an inspection and general cleaning of our fireplace. He was so friendly and gave us good information, as we are brand new to having a fireplace in our new home. Happy with the service!

First time using George and i'm sold for the future. He is knowledgeable, courteous and takes time to explain and counsel. He also leaves no trace-clean as can be. Only downside is you may have 3-4 week wait in peak season, but sign of a good company in demand. A++++
