Wasn’t sent a red seal card and it’s “impossible that we didn’t tape it with your letter sized diploma”Impossible to make a mistake? Really?Just talked to my electrician friend who went through the same thing. Are you sure?

The staff here are so incredibly helpful, polite, and understanding.I had to call-in about my exam date and scheduling a few times and I never had any trouble connecting with someone and resolving my issue.My situation is complicated by being a full-time university student; Michelle the exam coordinator is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need to be successful in the apprenticeship program.So grateful to have such a great AIT team and office here in Calgary!

Utterly useless staff at the desk. I was trying to reschedule an exam due to a conflicting error in communication between them and the people that create the schedules that Sait issues us. I only saw what was written on the Sait schedule, So I planned my life accordingly. As soon as I became aware of this surprise change in exam date, I was caught with my pants down, and had to reschedule it. They made it incredibly difficult to try and come to an agreement on a time to reschedule that exam date, and then when I do try to reschedule, they say that they can't do it, but some other employee who conveniently isn't in the office that day can. So, I was given some other employees business card seemingly as a method of dismissing me, and now the game of telephone continues... As of the time that I'm writing this, I'M STILL trying to negotiate an exam time with them. Relatively speaking, visiting the apprenticeship board makes going to the DMV feel like an all expenses paid trip to the Bahamas.

Very Systematic... Went to write my Red Seal Exams. Very well planned. Social Distancing maintained, very polite and Courteous Staff.

Was very pleased with the compassion and kindness of the staff for accepting my accomodations during a life changing exam. Their kindness eased my anxiety, and allowed me to see my future potential.(Thankyou Peter)

The desk lady that helped me today was absolutely amazing. Was able to answer all my questions and went above and beyond to serve me, if there was a 10 star rating, she'd get all 10 stars

For a service directly related to the trades there needs to be increased accesibility. Not everyone can afford to take a day off of work to access the necessary services with the extremely limited hours of operation.Essentially there needs to be a way to drop off blue books later than 6 pm.
